Car License :

• Original MyKad/passport of applicants or copies if the transaction is done by representatives
• Original identification of representatives
• 1 color photo (white background) with dimension of 25 mm x 32 mm (optional)
• Hold a valid passport (For foreigners)
• Fee of RM 20.00/year for Class B2, B & C (RM2.00 for Class A/A1)
• Fee of RM 30.00/year(5) for Class D & above

PSV License :

RM 20.00/year(2)  Goods Driving License (GDL) / Public Vehicle License (PSV) or CON
– Medical checkup Slip
– License size photo x 1 ( white background ) 25 mm x 32 mm (optional)
